2. Upload Medical Records

3. Order a Record Review

There are multiple types of Record Reviews available. Consider the medical condition and select the most appropriate Record Review based on who should be writing the Nexus Letter. Example: An Audiology Record Review should be selected for the medical condition of tinnitus. 

4. Order the Nexus Letter

A formal report will be provided on the Record Review findings. If a nexus has been established the Nexus Letter can be ordered.

5. Final Details

The ordering individual will review and approve the draft. After it is approved, it will be signed by the Medical Expert(s). The Nexus Letter is made available in digital format for submission to the VA. *Valor 4 Vet does not send the report to the VA.
